Estimating, design, production and installation are all run in-house by Pyramid's own team. From your first tender enquiry through to final sign-off, you have one accountable point of contact and one team that owns the outcome.

Estimating

Our expert estimators provide competitive, transparent quotations, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet all project needs.

Design

Utilising the latest Tekla design and management software, our team delivers precise 3D modelling and visualisation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for even the most technically intricate projects.

Production

Every package is produced to UKCA and EN 1090 standards, with CNC-driven precision and full material traceability. Tekla data drives the cutting and drilling, so what was modelled on screen is what arrives on site.

Installation

Our installation teams supply and install our own steelwork and metalwork, collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors and fabricators to deliver within budget and meet time constraints.

Every connection solved on screen, before it's solved on site.

Our in-house design team works in Tekla Structures, modelling every connection, every interface and every clash long before the first plate is cut. The model drives the CNC cutting and drilling that follows, so what gets fabricated matches what was approved on screen.

From a six-storey escape stair (shown) to a 2,000m² portal frame, we design with one eye on the spec and the other on the crew who'll have to put it up.

Enquiry & estimate

Tender documents reviewed by a senior estimator. Competitive, transparent quotation aligned to your programme.

Design & detailing

Tekla 3D model, connection design coordinated with engineer of record, GA and shop drawings issued for approval.

03

Fabrication

Production to EN 1090 standards. Mill certs, weld logs and material traceability captured against every member.

04

Installation

Pyramid erection crews to site with RAMS, lift plan and an appointed person. Snagged, signed off, DoP issued.

Sustainability · Carbon

Lower-carbon steel is a question of supply chain.

Pyramid is partnered with NZC Solutions, an independent platform helping construction supply chains measure, reduce and offset embodied carbon at project level.

For main contractors with net-zero commitments, that means an embodied-carbon line in your tender response, not a slide deck after the fact.
